You’re always browsing Reddit and have a few special subreddits that you go to for self-improvement or personal development already. However, it can be hard to find new subreddit communities to follow, or sometimes they have content that just doesn’t interest you.

Luckily, I’ve rounded up a few of our favorite subreddits for self-improvement that we like to browse. I’ve learned a lot from these Reddit forums such as creating a separate identity for your anxiety and stress, and how to keep your habits in check and build new ones.
